I value your business and request that you respect my scheduling policies.
I reserve the right to charge a fee of $250 for no-showing your scheduled appointment.
(No-showing means to neglect to show up to your reserved appointment AND neglecting to cancel the appointment.)
If you do not show up to your appointment and also fail to contact me, you will be banned from booking with me in the future.
For cancellations under 24 hours, I reserve the right to charge a fee equating to 50% of your projected service total.
These scheduling policies are put in place to protect my time and income.
By booking your appointment, you are therefore in agreement to abide by my terms and conditions.
I currently do not require a deposit to book an appointment, as I choose to place my trust in my clients.
You are able to book an appointment online without deposit, but I do require a credit card to be on file in order to reserve the appointment.
